While we consult scholars and work with experts to ensure the accuracy of all material provided, for matters of Islamic jurisprudence, theology, or personal guidance, please consult a qualified scholar.

Nuqta Arabic may offer both free and premium subscription tiers. Details of what is included in each tier will be displayed within the app. We reserve the right to change the features available in each tier with reasonable notice.
All subscription payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not directly handle your payment card details. By subscribing, you also agree to the payment terms of the relevant app store.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refund requests for app store purchases should be directed to Apple or Google, as they process all payments. We will honour any refund decisions made by the relevant app store.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing period following reasonable advance notice.
The Quranic text is the word of Allah and is not subject to copyright. It is freely available to all. Translations used within the app are in the public domain or used with permission.
The educational content within Nuqta Arabic draws upon classical Arabic texts, scholarly works, and translations that are in the public domain. Original content created by Nuqta Arabic, including lessons, exercises, and educational annotations, is our own work.
You retain ownership of any personal data you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to use your learning data solely to provide, personalise, and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as app stores, payment processors, and audio services). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We are continually improving Nuqta Arabic. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Where a change materially reduces the functionality you have paid for, we will give you reasonable notice and, where appropriate, offer a pro-rata refund for any remaining subscription period.
You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account within the app, or email admin@nuqta.co. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the Service, or if we are required to do so by law. Where possible, we will notify you before taking action and give you an opportunity to address the issue.
On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular level of Arabic proficiency, Quran comprehension, or learning outcome by using the Service. Your progress depends on many factors, including your effort, consistency, and prior knowledge.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other UK consumer legislation that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
If you have a concern or dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at admin@nuqta.co so we can try to resolve it informally.
